AssuredPartners NL前身為Assured Neace Lukens，它是一家美國保險經紀公司，于1991年由John Neace和Joe Lukens創立。公司總部位于美國肯塔基州路易斯維爾，擁有500多家授權代理商，37個辦事處和850多名員工。

截至2011年7月，Assured Neace Lukens被“商業保險”雜志評選全美第24大私營保險公司。Assured Neace Lukens在2011年9月被AssuredPartners,Inc.收購。

AssuredPartners NL于1991年由John Neace和Joe Lukens創立。截至2017年，Todd Stocksdale是公司總裁，Corey Freeman是首席運營官。

2012年，AssuredPartners NL收購南部和中西部的一些當地保險公司，其中包括：First Carolina Risk Management Advisors，Benefit Concepts Inc.，Morehead Insurance，Matrix Benefits and Consulting Group，Arison Insurance Services,Inc.，Jenkins Insurance Service，Berryman Insurance等。
